Tur Assist, which provides emergency assistance services to millions of customers in many sectors, especially insurance, automotive and finance, has signed a new cooperation in order to accelerate its customer-oriented projects. Within the scope of the cooperation with Solera Audatex, the artificial intelligence-supported damage-focused assistance project will be stronger in cost advantage and control with Audatex’s damage calculation infrastructure. Timur Selçuk Turan, General Manager of Tur Assist, said: “Our damage-focused assistance project, which we have implemented in order to save time for vehicle owners and loss adjusters by facilitating damage assessment processes, becomes more effective with our cooperation with Audatex. We will continue to invest in innovation.”
Operating since 1996 in the assistance sector, Tur Assist continues its efforts to maximise customer satisfaction. The “damage-focused assistance” project, which was announced last year and made a great impact in the insurance sector, is developing further with the new cooperation with Solera Audatex. RS Automotive Group Chairman Ünal Ünaldı, Solera Audatex Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Azerbaijan (MENAT Region) Regional Director Maher El Ghailani, Tur Assist General Manager Timur Selçuk Turan and Turkey General Manager Haydar Aydın participated in the signing ceremony of the cooperation and Turan made important statements.
Turan stated that they aim to make the lives of drivers easier by saving cost and time and said, “Thanks to the application, the damage assessment to be carried out by the loss adjusters is accelerated, while the spare parts supply process is considerably shorter than the usual flow. We focus on customer satisfaction in order to identify the needs correctly and respond quickly to changing needs. Our damage calculation infrastructure is becoming stronger in terms of cost advantage and control with the cooperation we have realised with Audatex.”
