Strategic Meeting of Talanx Group Held in Istanbul
Nearly 100 senior executives of the Talanx Group convened in Istanbul for their annual strategy meeting. The focus was on the integration of artificial intelligence and fostering people-oriented leadership.
This year, the vibrant city of Istanbul played host to Talanx Group’s annual strategy meeting, an important event attended by around 100 senior executives from various parts of the globe. The event spanned the weekend, allowing for both formal and informal exchanges.
Before the official sessions commenced, HDI Sigorta’s senior management and members of the Talanx Board gathered for a dinner, setting a congenial tone for the discussions ahead.
The core agenda revolved around evaluating the group’s significant strides since 2018 and formulating strategies to sustain this momentum into the future. Sessions were enriched by insights from group leaders, notably CEO Torsten Leue, who provided a comprehensive analysis of artificial intelligence’s transformative impact on the insurance sector.
Firuzan İşçan, CEO of HDI Sigorta, highlighted that the human element is central to Talanx’s achievements. He emphasized the group’s commitment to an ethos of open communication, trust, sincerity, and a management style characterized by humility.
Concluding the strategy meeting, board meetings for HDI Sigorta A.Ş., HDI Fibaemeklilik, and Fibasigorta were also conducted in Istanbul. These sessions focused on reviewing performance outcomes for the first half of the year and deliberating on potential risks and opportunities for the remainder of the year.
