Kass brings over 25 years of rich experience within the wholesale insurance sector. Most recently, he held the position of Executive Vice President at RT Specialty for more than four years, following nearly a decade as Senior Vice President at All Risks, Ltd.
Throughout his illustrious career, Kass has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing regional operations, nurturing client relationships, and spearheading innovative initiatives to address the ever-evolving needs of the insurance market.
Earlier in his career, he founded and expertly managed a South Florida-based wholesale brokerage focused on property and casualty (P&C) insurance. Under his leadership, the brokerage gained a strong reputation for providing customized insurance solutions and was ultimately acquired by All Risks.
