Simon Smith Steps into Key Role at Clear Group
Simon Smith has been named the new group chief operating officer at Clear Group, taking over from Phil Williams.
Smith’s career spans over twenty years, during which he has held significant leadership positions in the insurance industry. His experience includes a decade spent with WTW and four impactful years at Swiss Re.
In his new capacity, Smith will be responsible for overseeing the operations, IT and data, integrations, claims, facilities, and procurement functions. Additionally, he will collaborate with the executive board to advance the company’s strategic goals.
