With an academic foundation in Mathematics from Boğaziçi University, followed by advanced studies in Finance in the USA at Binghamton University’s Business Administration Department, Türkdemir’s educational background is robust. Her ascent within Anadolu Sigorta includes pivotal roles in Risk Management, Internal Control, and later, as a leader in the Auto Insurance Directorate from 2019 to 2023. Since 2023, she has been the Chair of the Audit Committee, exemplifying strong governance leadership.
