Heather McClure Takes Helm at CICA Board
The Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) proudly announces the election of Heather McClure as the new chairperson of its board of directors. McClure’s extensive experience in the field makes her an ideal candidate for this leadership role. Her active involvement with CICA spans over 15 years, including more than four years on its board of directors.
Currently, McClure holds the position of captive manager and risk consultant at Helio Risk. Her impressive career also includes serving as the chief risk advisor for the US healthcare practice at Aon and occupying numerous senior leadership roles within various captive insurance companies.
Upon her appointment, McClure shared her enthusiasm, stating: “CICA is at the forefront of providing timely, unbiased, and valuable education for captive owners and service providers. I am eager to continue collaborating with my colleagues to produce invaluable content for our industry and to raise awareness of the solutions available to tackle any challenges we face.”
