The Transition from Generali to Referans: A Strategic Move
Notably, the Turkish operations of the esteemed Italian insurer, Generali Sigorta, were acquired by entities under Kiler Holding’s umbrella towards the end of 2024. This acquisition marked a pivotal shift, with the brand rebranded as “Referans Sigorta”. This strategic initiative has allowed Kiler Holding to make a resounding entry into the insurance arena by integrating the Turkish division of a legacy brand with 150 years of history.
