Erkan Fuat Işıksal Appointed General Manager of HOMER Smart Auto Services

Erkan Fuat Işıksal, who has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, has been appointed General Manager of HOMER Smart Auto Services, Turkey’s smart service network. In his new role, Mr. Işıksal will lead the realization of HOMER’s strategic goals for the third decade and will make significant contributions to the company with his expertise in areas such as marketing, digital marketing, customer experience and digital sales.

Education and Career Journey

Mr. Işıksal started his education at Tarsus American College and completed his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Çankaya University. Afterwards, he completed his master’s degree in Insurance Management at Marmara University and Marketing Management at Yeditepe University. In 2018, he reinforced his academic background with management training at INSEAD Fontainebleau and Harvard Business School.

Strong Experience in the Insurance Sector

Mr. Işıksal started his career as an underwriter at Allianz Sigorta in 2002 and held important positions in the same organization for 18 years. He held critical positions such as Affinity Sales and Product Development Manager, Project Manager, Strategic Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing & Customer Experience Group and Director of Customer Management and Innovation Office. In 2020, Mr. Işıksal became the Marketing Coordinator Responsible for Marketing and Digital Sales at Sompo Sigorta, and as of 2021, he served as Assistant General Manager at Generali Sigorta.

New Mission, New Era

As of June 2025, Erkan Fuat Işıksal, who started to work as the General Manager of HOMER Smart Auto Services, is preparing to shape the future of the company with his sector experience and visionary perspective.
