BHSI Elevates Theresa Biedermann to Head of Executive & Professional Lines Claims in the US
Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has announced a significant leadership change with the promotion of Theresa Biedermann to the position of Head of Executive & Professional (E&P) Lines Claims in the United States. This pivotal role will be based in New York, where Biedermann will be responsible for overseeing claims across all BHSI E&P Lines in the U.S.
Her responsibilities will encompass various sectors, including Commercial (Public) D&O, Private D&O, Financial Institutions, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber, Life Agents Broker Dealers, Lawyers Professional, and Miscellaneous Errors & Omissions Insurance.
Biedermann’s journey with BHSI began in 2016. She initially joined as a Complex Claims Director and has progressively ascended through the ranks, holding a series of increasingly senior positions such as AVP, E&P Lines Claims, and Vice President, E&P Lines Claims. Most recently, she served as Head of Commercial D&O & Financial Institutions Claims in the US.
