The “It’s Time to Become an Insurer” Experience Program
AXA Turkey has unveiled an innovative initiative aimed at drawing young talent into the insurance sector and addressing the shortfall in skilled professionals. In collaboration with the Insurance Institute Foundation of Turkey (TSEV), this program is designed to set a benchmark for the industry by engaging university students with a keen interest in insurance, offering them a pathway to explore diverse career opportunities.

Running from September 2 to October 14, this exclusive program will be conducted in person, two days a week, with a limit of 30 participants. It is open to students from a variety of disciplines beyond insurance, including statistics, mathematics, engineering, and law. Expert instructors from TSEV, AXA Turkey, and the AXA Competency Academy (AYA) will lead the sessions. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance fundamentals, enriched by AXA Turkey’s industry practices, real-world case studies, and interview simulations. Those who excel will have the opportunity to observe departmental operations firsthand.
