Ordinary General Assembly Meeting 2024
AREX Insurance held its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for 2024 on May 30, 2025. The new members of the Board of Directors determined as a result of the meeting were submitted to the approval of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulatory and Supervisory Authority (SEDDK).
New Board Members and Distribution of Duties

- Behiç Çelik – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Dr. Abdüssamet Yılmaz – Board Member Responsible for Internal Systems
- Prof. Dr. Tekin Akdemir – Board Member
- Remzi Aras – Board Member
- Dr. Abdullah Kara – Board Member and General Manager
